Return, Exchange And Cancellation Policy

RETURN

Items are only eligible for return and refund if it fulfills the following conditions:

  • If the item received is different from what you had ordered.
  • If the item received is damaged .
  • If the return request is raised within 7 Days from the date of delivery. 
  • Any item to be returned should be returned in its original unused condition, with all the original accessories, price tag, manuals, parts accessories, and original packaging box delivered to you. 
  • You have to make a unboxing/unpacking product video, so that it will be easier to accept your product return or refund.
  • Exchange is available for selected products only.
  • We do not charge any restocking fee .

 

We charge 180 rupees per product for return shipping by the customers . Kindly ensure that you take receipt of the acknowledgment from the courier person regarding the number of products you are dispatching with the signature and contact details. varbika.com will not be liable for any lost shipment.

We recommend returning items by trackable mail because all items sent that do not reach varbika warehouse will be treated as non-returned. Please note that the parcels are your responsibility until they are returned to varbika on the following address:

REFUND : 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CANCELLATION

If you think you have ordered the wrong item, you can request the cancellation strictly within 24 hours of placing the order and we’ll refund 100% money back.  

Please write to us at support@varbika.com to request the cancellation or you can message through our whatsapp – +91 87639 68249. Cancellation directly through the website is not possible.
